Everest Mining, LLC is a subsidiary of Everest Exploration Company, LLC which is owned and operated Mr. Frank J. Lotito. Mr. Lotito has a Bachelor of Science degree, in both Geology and Geography, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

After graduating in 1991, Mr. Lotito gained valuable experience as a geologist in the environmental sciences profession. Mr. Lotito began his work in Pennsylvania’s natural gas industry as a Geologic Consultant in 1995. Working for a number of independent natural gas producers located in southwestern Pennsylvania, he gained experience in all aspects of natural gas well development and drilling by holding geologic, engineering and land acquisition positions throughout his career.

From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Lotito has been involved in the drilling of over 500 natural gas wells located in southwestern and central counties of Pennsylvania. From 2003 to present, Mr. Lotito and Everest Exploration has been involved in the drilling and completion of approximately 250 natural gas wells in southwestern Pennsylvania and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

In 2018, Everest Exploration LLC acquired a claim to the Gold Point Mine located in Baker City, Oregon.  Everest Mining LLC is focused on the exploration and extraction of gold and the rehabilitation of the mine site.
